CANCELLATIONS  

Notification for the cancellations must be sent via e-mail to the conference secretariat.
-- From February 01, 2022: 50% Refund of the registration fee
-- From February 02, 2022: No refund.However, cancellations for extraordinary circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
